For flushing we have developed our own equipment:

Flush unit, flow variable from 3 to 80 liters per minute

Flushing hydraulic pipe work:

This unit is developed with the following criteria:

Sustainable design
Limited power consumption, operates on a 400Vac / 16A power supply
Can be used for small bore pipe. Tubing range between 0.25 and 1 inch OD.
Must be transportable with a regular service van
Designed in such a way that limited fittings are used for connecting to the pipe work

The electric bender is not our own design.

We purchased this unit for the following reasons:

Save on compression fittings and limit connections which can cause extra leak points
To install large tubing diameters in limited spaces such as control panels
To avoid job related diseases such as shoulder and arm injuries ( caused by using hand benders on thick wall tubing )
